SYNOPSIS: Barren is a psychological thriller about foetal abduction. When Emily, a heavily pregnant lawyer, crashes her car outside the mill on the same day that security guard Julia discovers her IVF has again failed, a switch flicks in Julia. She persuades herself that this baby has been sent to her as a gift from God and that it is her destiny to become the baby's mother by any means available.
